Para Dance UK and ClicknClear have entered into an agreement to offer Para Dance UK instructors a service related license for live streaming and video-on-demand rights. In order to sign up to the license, please review the license agreement below and accept, by filling in the form.

Commercial Terms:

 

1. By entering into this Agreement, you agree to 

a) report and account to ClicknClear 7.5% of your revenue related to video on demand content within the License Term.

b) report and account to ClicknClear 2.5% of your revenue related to live streaming content within the License Term.

The above fees are to be reported to us within 15 days of the end of every calendar quarter falling within the Term of the agreement.

2. You agree to use our license verification tool (once launched) to identify the songs being used in your content, for reporting purposes.

3. You agree to prominently display the ClicknClear Approved Logo on your Licensed Service during the Term. A Logo file will be provided via email once you have entered into this license.
